Keep families together.

A family dinner. A bedtime story. A game of catch. This is what you help make possible when you give to our Gift a Night program. A $75 donation pays for one night of accommodation for a family at RMH BC.

Every year, hundreds of families come to Vancouver in search of life-saving treatment for their seriously ill children. In an unfamiliar city and often feeling vulnerable, these families need a safe, affordable place where they can stay together under one roof and enjoy the simple comforts of home – a cozy bed, a warm kitchen, and an inviting couch. At the House, children stay with their families and get the love and support they need. Families can meet others who face similar challenges and access services that help put some joy and normalcy back into their lives.

In addition to a private guestroom, a family gets access to all House amenities. These include fully equipped kitchens for preparing home-cooked meals, comfortable dining rooms, a sports court and playground, games room, Wi-Fi zones and computer stations, and an arts & crafts and music room. Your generosity provides some ease of mind for families in need.
